Telemedicine Urgent Care for Arizona and Colorado

Same-day virtual visits with a licensed nurse practitioner. You only pay if we can help. Not sure if telemedicine is right for your concern? Call us before booking.

About Silence Medical

Silence Medical PLLC is a telemedicine-only medical practice. We do not see patients in person. All visits — urgent care, concierge, and weight management — are conducted by secure video. Patients must be physically located in Arizona or Colorado at the time of the telemedicine visit.

If your concern requires in-person evaluation, we will tell you and recommend an appropriate in-person provider or facility.

How Telemedicine Urgent Care Works

Some urgent care concerns are well-suited to telemedicine. Others require in-person care. We will evaluate your concern by video, tell you honestly whether telemedicine is the right fit, and only charge if we can provide appropriate treatment.

If your concern is outside what telemedicine can safely address, there is no charge for the visit. We will explain why and recommend the right next step at no cost to you.

If you are not sure whether your concern is appropriate for telemedicine urgent care, please call before booking and we will let you know.

What to Expect

  1. Submit the urgent care request form below with brief details about your concern.

  2. We respond within one business day to discuss your concern and determine whether telemedicine is appropriate.

  3. If appropriate, we will send you a brief intake form to complete before your visit.

  4. We meet by secure video at a scheduled time during urgent care hours and provide treatment, including sending prescriptions to your pharmacy when needed.

  5. If telemedicine is not appropriate, no charge — we recommend in-person care or another resource.

Pricing

New patients: $89 per telemedicine visit

Established patients: $50 per telemedicine visit

You are an established patient if you have had a prior telemedicine visit with Silence Medical within the past 24 months.

Visits are charged only after a completed telemedicine visit when treatment is provided. No charge if your concern is outside the scope of what we can safely address by telemedicine.

Payment is requested after the visit.

Prescriptions

If a prescription is appropriate, we send it directly to your pharmacy by secure fax. Most major pharmacies are supported, including CVS, Walgreens, and most independent pharmacies. Tell us your preferred pharmacy at booking.

Hours and Availability

Telemedicine urgent care visits are available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Arizona time.

For concerns outside these hours, please contact us by phone, or seek alternative in-person care if your concern is urgent.

When to Seek In-Person or Emergency Care Instead

Telemedicine urgent care is not appropriate for medical emergencies or for any condition that requires hands-on physical examination, imaging, laboratory testing performed during the visit, or in-person treatment.

If you are experiencing any of the following, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately:

  • Chest pain or pressure

  • Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath

  • Signs of stroke (sudden weakness, facial drooping, slurred speech, severe headache)

  • Severe abdominal pain

  • Severe bleeding or major injury

  • Loss of consciousness or confusion

  • Suicidal thoughts or thoughts of harming others

  • Severe allergic reaction (swelling of face/throat, difficulty breathing)

  • Any other condition that feels life-threatening

When in doubt, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not delay emergency or in-person care to schedule a telemedicine visit.

Questions Before Booking?
