About Silence Medical

Silence Medical PLLC is a telemedicine-only medical practice. We do not see patients in person. All visits — urgent care, concierge, and weight management — are conducted by secure video. Patients must be physically located in Arizona, Oregon, or Colorado at the time of the telemedicine visit.

If your concern requires in-person evaluation, we will tell you and recommend an appropriate in-person provider or facility.

How Telemedicine Urgent Care Works

Some urgent care concerns are well-suited to telemedicine. Examples include urinary tract infections, sinus infections, and strep throat. Others require in-person care. We will evaluate your concern by video, tell you honestly whether telemedicine is the right fit, and schedule the visit if your concern can be addressed .

If you are not sure whether your concern is appropriate for telemedicine urgent care, please call before booking and we will let you know.

When to Seek In-Person or Emergency Care Instead

Telemedicine urgent care is not appropriate for medical emergencies or for any condition that requires hands-on physical examination, imaging, laboratory testing performed during the visit, or in-person treatment.

If you are experiencing any of the following, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately:

  • Chest pain or pressure

  • Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath

  • Signs of stroke (sudden weakness, facial drooping, slurred speech, severe headache)

  • Severe abdominal pain

  • Severe bleeding or major injury

  • Loss of consciousness or confusion

  • Suicidal thoughts or thoughts of harming others

  • Severe allergic reaction (swelling of face/throat, difficulty breathing)

  • Any other condition that feels life-threatening

When in doubt, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not delay emergency or in-person care to schedule a telemedicine visit.
